Job Description:
- Assist in all dispatch and delivery arrangement to customers
- Assist in handling daily customers order
- Liaise with customers at site to understand & meet their requirements
- To assist in checking Good Received Notes (GRN) issued before passing to Finance department
- To assist in handling Credit Notes (CN), Debit Notes (DN) and quotations for materials suppliers / truck contractors
- Ensure proper maintenance of the Delivery Orders and Purchase Orders records and filing
- To assist in the compilation of the daily sales report and daily production report from all plants
- To monitor the CCTV for all plants
- To comply with the safety standards and policies implemented by the Company at all times and be responsible with your own safety as well as others without posing any threat, hazard or endangerment wherever you will be when representing the Company
- Handles any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements: Computer literate – Microsoft skills in Excel and Words Ability to work independently, meticulous and multi-task
- Possess a positive and highly adaptable attitude
- Able to perform shift work (day & night shift)
- Good command of language in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage
- Posses at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Diploma/Professional Certificate in Secretarial/Business Studies/Administration or related field
