Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to Senior Management
Manage key customer relationships and work towards closing strategic opportunities
Required Qualifications
Diploma and above in Business Administration, ICT Discipline, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, operations management, or related roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and process improvement.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation: RM4,000 – RM6,000 monthly, with performance-based incentives.
