In this crucial role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers. Leveraging your expertise in digital and search marketing, you will develop and implement effective strategies to boost the company's online presence and sales. Based in Johor Bahru, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading education publishing company.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify trends and inform decision-making
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective digital and search marketing campaigns
- Providing regular reports and updates on sales performance and progress
- Identifying and addressing customer needs and pain points to improve satisfaction and loyalty
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive
Requirements
- Experience in international publishing/media/education or related marketing or digital marketing roles will be an added advantage.
- 2 - 3 years of publishing social media or cross-border EDM marketing experience preferred.
- Strong understanding and practical experience in digital marketing concepts.
- Strong communication and writing skills in Mandarin and English are required.
