Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electronics components sector.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions from our product portfolio.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions as required.
Requirements
Junior level:
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in the electronics, semiconductor, or related industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
Senior level:
- Minimum 4–5 years of proven sales experience in the electronics component distribution or a closely related field.
- Established client network within the industry is an added advantage.
- Strong business acumen and leadership potential.
For Both Levels:
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bayan Lepas.
- Prior experience in electronics distribution is highly preferred.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus (for communication with suppliers/clients).
