Salary: RM1,700 - RM 1,800
Working Days: Thursday – Tuesday
Working Hours:
- Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Shift 2: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Location: 27, Jalan Kangar Jaya 14, Kangar Jaya, 01000 Kangar, Perlis
1) Greet and assist walk-in customers in selecting eyewear or optometry services
2) Provide in-depth product knowledge on lenses, frames, and available eye care services
3) Understand customer preferences and offer personalized product recommendations
4) Conduct basic vision screening tests and explain the results to customers
5) Maintain organized and visually appealing store displays
6) Handle payment transactions and keep accurate sales records
7) Follow up with customers regarding product pickups, warranty info, and after-sales service
8) Monitor inventory levels and alert management on low stock
9) Support monthly sales goals and contribute to the store's overall performance
10) Address customer complaints professionally and offer effective solutions
11) Participate in store promotions, events, and customer engagement activities
12) Stay updated on eyewear trends and new product releases
13) Represent the company at external events or programs to boost brand visibility
14) Process and manage eyeglasses orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
Requirements / Preferred Qualities
1) Passion for retail and customer service
2) Good communication and interpersonal skills
4) Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
5) Experience in retail or optical sales is a plus
6) Willing to learn about vision care products and services
