Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote frozen food products.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, and food service providers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the frozen food industry.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and provide forecasts to management.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high service standards.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to expand network and promote products.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the frozen food, FMCG, or food distribution industry.
- Experience in cold chain logistics or frozen food product knowledge.
- Strong understanding of the foodservice supply chain and B2B or retail sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
