Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, your role focuses on client engagement and support.
- Learn and understand our service concepts clearly
- Identify and reach out to the right individuals who need income solutions or funding options
- Connect prospects with consultants (you don’t need to close sales, just bridge the connection)
- Support consultants with follow-ups, reminders, or scheduling
- Build trust and warm up prospects to take the next step
Requirements
- Believe in the potential of property as a financial solution
- Willing to talk to people and share meaningful solutions
- Caring and supportive attitude (not just sales-focused)
- Have or are willing to build a personal/professional network
- Able to commit consistent time (part-time basis)
