Job Responsibilities:
· Achieving sales targets through promoting the company’s services to existing and potential customers.
· Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through planned visits, cold calling & networking.
· Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
· Maintaining business relations with customers for fostering profitable sales.
· Identifies business opportunities, assesses customer needs, and matching these with Company’s services to acquire new business.
· Act as the customers’ main point of contact, by liaising closely with internal departments to ensure that their queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately, and provide excellent services to customers.
· Negotiate/close deals and able handle customer complaints and objections.
· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
· Prepare weekly/monthly updates on pipelines and target achievement and review of opportunities and business plan
· Provide documented activity reports of sales on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
· Follow up and monitoring customer outstanding payment.
