Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly attend to all sales inquiries and walk-in prospects at the Sales Gallery, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Manage and maintain an up-to-date database of potential buyers, investors, and agencies.
- Follow up with leads diligently and attend to them in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist the Sales Administration team on post-sale procedures to ensure seamless execution of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), and timely collection of differential sums and progressive payments.
- Monitor and coordinate all property transaction activities at the booking stage.
- Provide support to the Sales Manager on day-to-day operational and administrative duties as required.
- Participate actively in marketing campaigns, project launches, roadshows, and property exhibitions to promote our property projects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
Requirements:
- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Energetic, proactive, and sales-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must have own transport and be willing to travel for work assignments including outstation and overseas trips when necessary.
- Willingness to work during weekends and public holidays as required.
- Fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in real estate are strongly encouraged to apply.
