About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and converting new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships. You will be provided with comprehensive product and solutions training to support your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong client relationships.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate sales terms to close deals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for growth opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare timely reports, forecasts, and projections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in tech, digital, or service industries.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Possesses own transport and willing to travel as required.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in B2B solution selling (digital services, IT, or creative industries).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales dashboards.
- Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset.
