Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in overall white cement sales and payment collection for Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.
- Handle KL Office administration and manage petty cash.
- Prepare, circulate, and compile customer satisfaction surveys.
- Monitor daily deliveries and manage incoming customer enquiries.
- Support and advise the Sales Manager in addressing customer complaints and requests for temporary credit limit increases.
- Liaise with the Accounts Department for customer credit reviews and ensure payments are collected within agreed terms.
- Manage the credit opening process for new customers. Record all approved credit limits and update revisions of existing credit limits in the system.
- Update and maintain any selling price changes for SCI and cement in the system.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in PSC or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales payment collection within a related industry.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
