Sales Assistant / Executive – Luxury Jewellery Boutique

We’re seeking a customer-focused Sales Assistant / Executive to join our high-end jewellery boutique, where you’ll help clients discover timeless pieces and create unforgettable experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Sales & Product Expertise
- Drive sales and exceed individual and store targets
- Present products with confidence and product knowledge
- Explain unique craftsmanship and brand heritage to customers
2. Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver outstanding service throughout the sales journey
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Manage after-sales support, including inquiries and client follow-ups
3. Boutique Operations
- Maintain boutique appearance and visual standards
- Support with stock inventory and point-of-sale operations
- Follow all operational SOPs to ensure efficiency and security
4. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members to meet shared goals
- Participate in team meetings and share suggestions for improvement
Your Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in retail or sales (luxury industry preferred)
- Confident in communication and sales presentation
- Professional, polished appearance with a customer-first mindset
- Strong initiative, energy, and teamwork attitude
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
