We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to support sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily sales activities and manage key accounts
- Understand client needs, propose suitable products / promotions, upselling & follow up on inquiries promptly.
- Process sales orders in the system (AutoCount, ERP) accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and relevant documentation.
- Resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, or customer complaints.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and track sales performance.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Monitor and update of inventory levels for sales records in system and track shipments.
- Handle delivery orders and prepare invoice to customers accurately and timely.
- Ensure all agreements, contracts, and documentation are properly filed and up to date.
- Assist in payment collection from customer based on credit terms.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1- 2 years of sales coordination or account servicing experience, preferably in FMCG or Paper Packaging manufacturing industry.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with AutoCount/ERP systems is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

MYR 3,000 - MYR 5,000 + KPI Incentive
