Responsibility
- Execute annual and ad-hoc marketing plans that support showroom sales targets, increase guest traffic, and grow market share — including on-ground events, community engagements, and promotional activities.
- Plan and manage roadshows and other physical marketing activities, including venue booking, coordination with mall management and contractors, logistics, setup, manpower, and execution.
- Act as key liaison with mall management and showroom operations teams to support marketing activities, especially for new store openings and underperforming locations.
- Plan and coordinate corporate collaborations with third-party brands or institutions (e.g. cinemas, gyms, lifestyle events) to boost brand visibility and generate synergistic campaigns.
- Manage bank card promotional campaigns, including proposal development, negotiation with banks, execution of promotional mechanics, and post-campaign tracking.
- Coordinate the production, delivery, and distribution of marketing materials (POSM, posters, lightboxes, etc.) for showrooms, roadshows, and aggregator platforms.
- Ensure all showroom marketing materials are accurately displayed, up-to-date, in good condition, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able speak in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to adapt in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization skills, able to prioritize, meet timeline.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
