Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Growth Manager to spearhead our client acquisition, commercial strategy, and partnership development efforts. This is a hybrid sales, marketing, and strategic role — ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals, building digital marketing strategies, and structuring scalable affiliate programs to drive organic growth. You will play a key role in shaping how reaches and engages clients globally.
Job Scope
Commercial Strategy & Client Acquisition
· Design and structure commercial models, including affiliate and referral schemes, to drive organic client acquisition.
· Manage the full sales cycle: from cold outreach and intro calls to deal structuring and closing.
· Initiate and lead conference calls and demos to introduce Bitzaro’s payment solutions to prospects.
· Customize partnership and onboarding proposals for individual and institutional clients.
Marketing Execution & Growth Planning
· Develop digital marketing strategies across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn,
· Telegram, Twitter, industry forums).
· Design outreach campaigns that combine digital tools and personal touchpoints for maximum conversion.
· Create clear, concise, and visually presentable company profiles and product introduction materials that align with the digital marketing strategy and appeal to a global audience.
· Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches and partner opportunities.
Team Leadership
· Once initial commercial and marketing frameworks are proven, lead and scale a team to accelerate market penetration.
· Provide mentorship and KPIs for junior sales/marketing executives or affiliate managers.
Partnership Development
· Leverage your network in payments, fintech, or tech sales to identify partnership and expansion opportunities.
· Source and negotiate pay-in/pay-out methods (e.g., e-wallets, bank transfers,
remittance partners).
· Build strategic partnerships in key markets (e.g., SEA, EU, MENA) with scalable cost structures.
Requirements
· Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in payments or fintech.
· Solid understanding of commercial structuring (e.g., affiliate programs, revenue shares, service contracts).
· Strong digital marketing mindset with a bias for action and experimentation.
· Existing network in payments, tech sales, or fintech is required; global exposure is a strong plus.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
· Capable of working independently while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams.
· Bonus: Familiarity with crypto/blockchain and regulatory nuances in payment markets.
