Role Summary:
Responsible for driving patient engagement, new patient acquisition, and revenue growth through data-driven reactivation, acquisition, and engagement campaigns. This role requires close coordination with clinic teams, marketing, and IT to ensure monthly KPIs are achieved.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Segment and audit each clinic’s patient database monthly to identify dormant patients (no visit >6 months) and categorize by self-pay or subsidized profile using Nexus system.
- Plan and execute reengagement strategies for dormant self-pay patients, aiming to convert them back for paid services such as health screening and vaccination.
- Coordinate and ensuring clinic has resources to reengage subsidized patient (previously on panel) reactivation campaigns using entry programmes like CTRL-D (HbA1c), followed by upselling self-pay packages by clinic team.
- Lead new patient acquisition initiatives in new clinics by filtering eligible customers from nearby Alpro Pharmacy databases and organizing SeHATI/PeKaB40 subsidized screening events.
- Delegate follow-up tasks and recall campaigns to clinic assistants, ensuring weekly execution targets are clearly communicated and monitored.
- Track and report weekly performance metrics, including number of reengaged patients, self-pay conversions, new patient registrations, and revenue from SEC-driven efforts.
- Prepare engagement scripts, reminder templates, and mini-posters to support ground staff in effective patient communication during reactivation and acquisition campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing/engagement and IT teams to ensure CRM tagging, SMS broadcasts, and reporting dashboards are aligned with campaign plans and progress audits.
- Organize and support in-clinic or external engagement events, ensuring pre-event registration, targeted outreach, and post-event conversion follow-up are completed within 7 days.
- Conduct weekly progress reviews with clinic teams and Clinic Manager, identifying bottlenecks and proposing corrective actions to meet monthly KPIs.
- Maintain and update the SEC campaign logbook for each clinic, tracking every effort, result, and learning point to ensure continuous improvement in patient engagement outcomes.
