Job Requirements:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across Malaysia and Singapore.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients through regular communication and in-person visits.
- Source and pursue new business leads to grow the client portfolio.
- Present company services with confidence, tailoring solutions to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and identify opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Represent the company at events or meetings as required.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, contracts, and feedback.
- Carry out additional duties as required to support overall business objectives.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales, client servicing, or business development, ideally within events, advertising, or media.
- Sales experience in Singapore will be an added advantage.
- Education background from Singapore will also be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly presentable, likeable, and confident in engaging with clients across all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Graduates from foreign universities will have added advantage.
- Able and willing to travel within Malaysia and to Singapore regularly.
- Comfortable with fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
