Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Freelance Sales & Business Development Executive to identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within Singapore and Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding Zenith Partners' client portfolio, focusing primarily on healthcare, wellness, hospitality, and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Generate and nurture leads through targeted outreach, including cold emails, calls, LinkedIn networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presenting Zenith Partners' services and value propositions persuasively.
- Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM.
- Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and insights to the management team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, particularly in consulting, technology, or professional services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for closing deals.
- Strong understanding of the business landscape in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn networking strategies.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.
Compensation:
Attractive commission-based structure:
- Year 1: 10% of net revenue received from each client, beginning from the first payment date.
- Year 2: 5% of net revenue received from the same client.
Support and Resources:
- Full support provided by Zenith Partners, including sales materials, marketing collateral, technical support, and any additional resources needed to successfully close deals.
