Job Description
- Assist in data entry into system. (MILES and SALESFORCE)
- Responsible in data management and clean-up.
- Assist in day-to-day customer queries.
- Coordinate customer request (service, breakdown and general queries regards to fleet) between internal departments within the Company.
- Filing of documents.
- Assist in “Know Your Customer” (KYC) and Credit data upload into system (DONALD).
- To manage general incoming and outgoing email (sales care).
- Assist on data compilation for reporting.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma, or Degree in any field of studies.
- Have to be open and willing to learn.
- Internship duration more than 4 months will be prioritized.
- Proficient in Business English communication (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills with attention to detail.

Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
