Job Responsibilities:
- To provide excellent customer service to our customers at retail outlet and to achieve assigned sales targets.
- To be an ambassador for the represented brand and portray a professional image consistent with established image guidelines.
- To ensure best in the class of store and product management in terms of safety compliance, tidiness, and visual merchandising.
- To demonstrate and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs.
Requirement:
- Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Jewellery, fashion and beauty retail industry or equivalent.
- Good sales presentation and customer service skills and with proven sales record.
- Sales driven and result-oriented.
- Must be willing to work on shifts (retail hours) / weekends and public holidays.
- Working Location : Bintulu, Sarawak
