Role Description
This is a PART- TIME on-site role located in iSETAN KLCC for a Retail Associate, FROM 1st AUGUST until 30th SEPTEMBER 2025. The Retail Associate will be responsible for providing quality customer service as well as maintaining a clean and organized store. They will also be responsible for managing inventory, processing transactions, and answering customer inquiries. As a Retail Associate, the incumbent should ensure they provide a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate with diverse groups of people
- Good interpersonal and listening skills with a positive attitude
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic math skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
