Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly, politely, and professionally, creating a welcoming and friendly dining environment.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage items, ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary considerations.
- Present menus to customers, answer questions about menu items, and provide thoughtful recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Inform guests of daily specials and promotional offers.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system, order slips, or memorization when necessary.
- Effectively communicate customer orders and special requests to kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timely preparation.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to presentation and service standards.
- Consistently provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests or concerns.
- Check in with guests during and after their meals to ensure satisfaction with food, beverages, and overall service.
- Prepare dining tables before service, including arranging linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments.
- Present bills to customers, process payments, and return correct change or receipts.
- Clear tables and transport used dishes, glasses, and utensils to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of all front-of-house areas, including dining, bar, and floor sections.
- Support the overall operations of the restaurant by performing any additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to learn, have a great attitude and highly motivated.
- Working experience: non-required as long as you’re passionate about the face-paced –F & B service industry
- Ex-cabin crew / flight attendant / fresh graduate / former hospitality staff are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM7.50 - RM8.00 per hour
