1) To handle bookings and coordinate in house events (training will be provided)

2) Full spectrum of Office Admin duties including but not limited to manning printer/copier, Replenish of office supplies, monitor deadlines and renewal insurance, licenses, government assessment fees, resort schedule maintenance and repairs, company car service & maintenance etc.

3) Receive payment from customers and update in system using accounting software.

4) Check payment received and tally payment.

5) in charge for requesting e-invoice

6) Handling of admin paper works such as prepare PO to make purchase & process part time worker wages

7) Attending to call in /walk in guest and customers

8) Answering calls and take messages

9) Maintain effective filing system for easy retrieval.

10) Any other duties by the Management from time-to-time.

Requirement :

1) Must be able to use accounting software : SQL /MYOB ABSS/Autocount/ SAGE UBS etc.

2) Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to read and write Mandarin is an added advantage

3) Physically healthy

4) Must self driving and have "D" license. To have a GDL license is an added advantage.

5) Retiree with excellent physical condition are welcome to apply.

6) Must be willing to stationed and to be based at Tananrimba , Janda Baik, Bentong.

7) Well equipped hostel ( for out station candidates only) and meal will be provided

8) Attractive salary package maybe offered to selected qualified candidates.
