Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and property agent partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to personalize marketing and sales interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Manage customer communications relating to new products and services.
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction ratings.
- Reinforce customer loyalty.
- Review customer care practices on a continual basis to ensure that all customers are getting the attention they deserve.
- Implement customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities to generate higher sales revenue.
- Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Use social media to engage with customers.
- Create positive relationships with new customers to build the Company’s customer base.
- Analyze the competition for better customer relations strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, public relations, or client relations.
- Experience in handling corporate communication and media relations is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to craft persuasive messaging and manage brand reputation.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
