Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell hardware and power tool products to dealers, distributors, contractors, and end-users.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop customer accounts in retail, industrial, and construction sectors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training to customers and partners.
Customer & Channel Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely orders, payment collection, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Work closely with procurement and logistics to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Market Development & Promotion
- Support trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
- Gather customer and market feedback to identify sales trends, competitor activities, and product opportunities.
- Assist in product launches and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, service, and technical) to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, product sales, or business development, preferably in hardware, tools, or industrial equipment industries.
- Good technical understanding of hardware and power tools.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
