We are looking for anorganized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director in his day-to-day operations, scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks. The PA will serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the MD.
- Other tasks as required by the MD.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 2 years experience as a personal or executive assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiar with design software such as Canva
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Tactful and diplomatic, with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Professional secretary or Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant qualification
- Fresh graduates with interest in pursuing a career as a PA are also encouraged to apply
