PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO

3. Salary Range: RM 3000 – RM 3500 plus allowances
4. Reports to CEO
5. Job description:
5.1. Act as first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients.
5.2. Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately.
5.3. Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders.
5.4. Book and manage complex travel arrangements.
5.5. Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
5.6. Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.
5.7. To assist in the Company’s daily operations and to ensure a smooth operation.
6. Requirements:
6.1. At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive.
6.2. Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications.
6.3. Exceptional planning and time management skills.
6.4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6.5. Discretion and confidentiality.
6.6. A qualification as a PA is advantageous.
6.7. Knowledge in MICROSOFT OFFICE, especially email system (Outlook) basic computer usage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
