A global logistics Company is looking for Billing Clerks at its Batu Maung branch.

Job Description
Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable
Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
Issue invoices and bills and send them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)
Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary
Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned
Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills
Report on activity to supervisor
Review invoices to identify any errors before invoice delivery.
Compile and maintain documents and records of all billings.
Update all billing procedures.
Maintain and update customers’ database.
Prepare monthly or periodic reports of all billings.
And any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
Experience Level< 1 year
Fresh graduate can apply
Must have own transport
Able to start immediately
Required Skills : Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
