Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle all forms of correspondence (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare reports, presentations, minutes, and other documentation as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics.
- Maintain confidential documents, records, and files.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and other engagements.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and office management tasks.
- Handle personal tasks for the Director as required, including errands or private arrangements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or any related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage (if applicable).
