Business Development Executive (Ergoworks Malaysia)
Responsibilities:
As the Business Development Executive at Ergoworks Malaysia, your role encompasses a range of crucial responsibilities aimed at expanding market presence and achieving revenue objectives. Key duties include:
Market Development: Proactively in driving expansion in the B2B segments, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Implement strategic business plans to attain revenue and profit goals.
Business Partner Acquisition: Source potential partners, including consumer brands and corporate entities, to explore marketing opportunities that enhance brand awareness and reinforce our product uniqueness and brand mission.
Co-Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize, launch, and optimize co-marketing campaigns through strategic partnerships, utilizing events, email, and content sharing to elevate brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Partnership Management: Oversee the end-to-end partnership process, collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations to cultivate and strengthen relationships with partners.
Target Achievement: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet monthly and quarterly targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience within a consumer product company.
Relationship Building: Demonstrated excellence in fostering and nurturing relationships.

Proactivity: Highly proactive and responsive, with the ability to take initiative independently.
