Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Coordinate appointments, follow-up visits, and referrals between patients and healthcare providers.
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations (PDPA).
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Provide administrative support including patient registration, insurance verification, and billing coordination.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Educate patients on available healthcare programs, wellness initiatives, and support services.
- Ensure all patient interactions reflect empathy, professionalism, and respect.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in patient services, healthcare coordination, or customer care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in medical software, MS Office, and patient management systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, medical terminology, and insurance procedures (an advantage).
- Fluency in [English / Chinese/ Japanese]; additional languages are a plus.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
