Overview :
The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operational activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. The role supports process optimization, manage resources and ensures compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, implementation and supervision of operational process and workflows.
- Monitor daily operations and resolve issues to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as site acquisition, permitting, project, procurement, PMO etc to ensure timely executive of tasks.
- Liaise with external and internal parties to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle documentation, reports and correspondence related to operations.
Requirements :
- Degree in Engineering/Operations Management/Mass Communication/Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations or project management or similar role.
- Based in or willing to be based in Kuala Terengganu and have own transport.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Pleasant personality and proactive.
- Fresh graduated may be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
