TEAMCC7 are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operational activities of the organization. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing business operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality performance across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily business operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with different departments (e.g., HR, logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure smooth workflows.
- Supervise staff in the absence of the Operations Manager and provide training as needed.
- Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
- Handle customer complaints or operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain inventory and supply levels as needed.
- Assist in managing budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an operational or administrative role; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in fitness industry.
- Knowledge of project management tools or methodologies.
