Requirements
Job Purpose
- To support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints.
Job Responsibilities
- To man the information counter and assist customers with enquiries and provide accurate information.
- To record lost and found items in the mall.
- Responding to injuries and accidents in the mall.
- To manage and monitor all common facilities i.e. maintain the hygiene of the first aid room, wheelchair, baby stroller, etc.
- To ensure all information in the mall (digital panels, website, etc.) is always up to date.
- Support the Marketing Communications department in all promotional activities / campaigns / events including event set-up, redemption, circular or tent card circulation, etc.
Minimum Qualifications (Education)
- At least SPM/STPM OR Diploma Holder
Minimum Years of Experience
- Possess at least 1- or 2-years’ experience in preferably shopping malls or hospitality sectors.
