Preferably with knowledge of Microsoft 365, experience in CCTV handling, server maintenance, and PABX configuration.
Technical & Hands-On Support
- Handle physical tasks involving server/IT device setup, data center (DC) maintenance, and walk-in troubleshooting.
- Provide end-to-end support for IT hardware and software, including systems, applications, antivirus, email, firewall, printers, PABX, and CCTV.
- Manage installation, deployment, and maintenance of Windows systems (AD, DHCP, DNS, system hardening).
Network & Security Management
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/VoIP/security infrastructure.
- Maintain and monitor network equipment (firewall, switches, routers) and resolve issues within SLA.
- Monitor network health, address security alerts, and participate in new project infrastructure design.
Operations & Vendor Coordination
- Support operations tasks including shipping supervision, network jobs, and vendor management.
- Liaise with service partners to resolve technical issues and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Manage IT inventory and spares, monitor TAT for repairs, and maintain procurement/vendor communication.
System Administration & Monitoring
- Daily administration of user accounts, server structures, and access controls.
- Ensure backup systems, policies, and data security are consistently maintained and up to date.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance and recommend improvements.
Documentation & Planning
- Maintain detailed documentation (inventory, network drawings, configuration).
- Develop and manage Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
- Work with consultants on system implementations and provide internal IT support as needed.
