We’re Hiring: Merchant Support Specialist (Contract)
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Start Date: 21 August 2025
Contract Type: 12-Month Contract (3-month probation + 9-month extension)
Are you passionate about helping businesses thrive? We’re looking for a Merchant Support Specialist to join our operations team and support our growing network of partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to merchant inquiries via Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues
- Guide merchants through systems and processes
- Ensure clear, consistent, and helpful communication
- Handle data entry and follow-up tasks within tight deadlines
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve support delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Operations, Account Management, or related fields
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a critical thinker
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks
- Fresh grads with relevant internship experience are welcome
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Experience in the service industry is an advantage
What You’ll Get:
- Basic Salary: RM2,500/month
- Performance-Based Commission
- Monthly Medical Claim: RM50
