Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage merchant data across internal systems
- Handle email-based merchant support within SLA
- Verify and apply financial updates accurately
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or related field
- Fresh grads or up to 1 year of experience welcome
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and Excel skills
- Familiarity with Chinese business practices is a plus

Pay: Up to RM2,200.00 per month
