Searching, scrutinizing. screening and selecting candidates from various sources like LinkedIn, social media, inhouse database, external online and offline sources, forwarding them to the BD Team and following up with the BD Team for updates on Diksha's Internal platform Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions Keeping abreast of latest job opening in different Handling existing requirements by sharing quality CVs Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies Finding new sources for searching unique candidates is one of the key role that should be mentioned in all IT recruiter job descriptions. Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the position Forecasting recruitment budgets Must have experience into hiring for Contractual roles
