Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Merchant Success team, including responding to customer inquiries, conducting research, and updating customer records
- Collaborate with the Merchant Success team to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform and improve our merchant success strategies
- Assist with data analysis and reporting, including preparing and analyzing customer metrics, tracking customer satisfaction, and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute merchant success materials, such as newsletters and guides
- Attend and assist with events and webinars to support our merchant success initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the Merchant Success team, including scheduling appointments, managing email and phone communications, and organizing files and documents
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
