Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for preparing, following up, and coordinating material plans to ensure timely fulfillment of production requirements
2.Manage material inflow and outflow, inventory control, and adjustment of safety stock levels
3.Monitor the entire process of material procurement, receiving, storage, issuance, and usage to prevent shortages or overstock
4.Organize regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy of records, physical stock, and system data
5.Analyze material usage, optimize inventory structure, and reduce inventory costs
6.Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and other departments to resolve material-related issues
7.Develop and continuously improve material control procedures and management processes
8.Supervise daily operations and performance of the material control team to enhance work efficiency
9.Perform other tasks assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
1.Diploma or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
2.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in material control or warehouse management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
3.Familiar with material management processes, inventory control methods, and ERP system operations
4.Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and stress management skills
5.Detail-oriented, highly responsible, cost-conscious, and a good team player
6.Experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is preferred

2.管理物料进出、库存控制及安全库存的设定与调整
3.监控物料采购、到货、储存、发放及领用全过程，防止缺料或积压
4.定期组织库存盘点，确保账、物、卡一致
5.分析物料使用情况，优化库存结构，降低库存成本
6.协调生产、采购、仓储等相关部门，解决物料异常问题
7.制定和完善物控管理制度及流程
8.负责物控团队的日常管理与绩效考核，提升团队工作效率
9.完成上级交办的其他工作任务
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、工商管理等相关专业
2.3年以上物控或仓储管理相关工作经验，1年以上管理岗位经验
3.熟悉物料管理流程、库存控制方法及ERP系统操作
4.具备良好的组织协调能力、沟通能力与抗压能力
5.工作细致，责任心强，具有成本意识与团队合作精神
6.熟悉制造业或仓储行业的运作优先考虑
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
