Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to support brand growth, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation across multiple marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Developing new marketing opportunity and plans, understanding market including B2B & B2C requirement and trends.
- To execute branding and PR strategy
- To create and implement marketing campaign, marketing communication, content generation.
- Create compelling content for promotional materials, websites, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement, performance, and trends.
- Working closely with the marketing team for all PR, Publicity & Marketing plan, and project.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on marketing projects and events.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new marketing opportunities.
- Support product launches, brand positioning initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital tools, and emerging marketing techniques.
- Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Advance diploma / Bachelor degree holder, preferable in Marketing or Business-related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (senior role requires higher experience and leadership capabilities).
- Fresh graduate candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
