Overview of the Position:
This role is to ensure the smooth execution of event setup, operations, and dismantling by coordinating logistics, managing onsite teams, and maintaining quality control.
The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:
1. Event Setup
- Coordinate pre-event logistics including delivery schedules, site layout, and equipment arrangements.
- Supervise and assist with on-site setup, staging, signage, furniture, and AV systems.
- Ensure setup adheres to floor plans, safety guidelines, and event standards.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and venue management for timely installations.
2. Event Operations
- Manage onsite operations during the event to ensure smooth execution.
- Be the point-of-contact for operational issues, last-minute changes, or emergencies.
- Monitor crowd flow, facility conditions, and equipment functionality.
- Ensure cleanliness, security, and accessibility standards are maintained throughout the event.
3. Event Dismantling
- Oversee teardown of all structures, equipment, and installations post-event.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and return of rented or reusable items.
- Conduct site checks to ensure no damage or missing items and return venue in original condition.
- Coordinate waste management and recycling efforts where applicable.
4. Inventory & Equipment Management
- Maintain inventory records of event materials and equipment.
- Inspect and report damaged or missing items for repair or replacement.
- Coordinate storage, transportation, and maintenance of reusable items.
5. Administrative & Reporting
- Assist in planning timelines and operational checklists for future events.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event planning or management. Experience in a similar role is added advantage.

- Proficient in both verbal and written in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
