We’re looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Intern to join our Marketing & Communications team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the dynamic world of digital marketing, covering social media, social listening, digital strategy, website content management, and crisis communication.
As part of the team, you'll gain practical experience in managing brand presence across digital platforms and contribute to key initiatives that shape how we engage with our audiences. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and be encouraged to bring data-driven ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day management and content planning of our social media platforms
Support monitoring and reporting of brand mentions and sentiment through social listening tools
Participate in digital crisis monitoring and response coordination
Contribute to the upkeep and optimization of website content and structure
Analyze digital campaign and channel performance data to generate actionable insights
Support the development of data-backed presentations and proposals for digital initiatives
Conduct research on digital marketing trends and competitor activity
Assist in planning and tracking digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and content calendars
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
Passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and online engagement
Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with data and dashboards
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Sprout Social is a plus
Good written and verbal communication skills
A team player with initiative, curiosity, and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced marketing environment
