About the Role
We’re looking for a digitally savvy, creative, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to take our brand presence to the next level.
This role is all about creating scroll-stopping content, impactful campaigns, and real engagement that drives awareness, traffic, and conversion for Bata Malaysia.
What You’ll Do
- Content Creation & Storytelling
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Bring Bata’s products, style, and stories to life through fresh, local, and relatable storytelling.
- Campaign Management
- Support 360° marketing campaigns — from launch teasers to post-campaign recaps.
- Adapt global creative assets with local flair for maximum impact.
- Community Engagement
- Build and grow our online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and sparking conversations.
- Work with KOLs, creators, and micro-influencers to amplify campaigns.
- Performance Tracking
- Monitor analytics, track campaign KPIs, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Use insights to refine content strategies and boost ROI.
- Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Retail, and Design teams to ensure brand consistency across digital and offline channels.
- Manage digital assets and ensure smooth coordination for campaign execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn trends.
- Creative mindset with skills in copywriting, visuals, and storytelling.
- Bonus if you’re comfortable with basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing apps).
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and always on top of what’s trending.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
