The Marketing Assistant provides vital support to the Marketing Department in executing marketing and event-related tasks. This includes assisting with client communication, content creation, proposal preparation, and administrative coordination. A key part of this role is monitoring and handling clients’ store inventory to ensure stock levels are updated and replenished as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in liaising with clients to gather project requirements, including participating in site visits when necessary.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and quotations based on client needs.
- Help coordinate internal planning and follow-up to ensure timely and effective project execution.
- Write and schedule content for the company’s social media platforms (IG, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and handle client store inventory, including stock tracking, reporting, and replenishment coordination.
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and administrative records.
- Participate in post-mortem analysis upon project completion.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Superior/ Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
