Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Sales:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the corporate events sector.
- Drive sales performance through proactive lead generation, networking, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to potential clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide after-event service to maintain positive client experiences.
3. Vision and Strategic Thinking
- Set clear objectives for the event that align with the organization's goals.
- Anticipate challenges and plan contingencies.
- Use data and feedback from past events to drive innovation and improve outcomes.
4.Team Management
- Delegate tasks effectively based on individual strengths and expertise.
- Foster a collaborative culture where team members feel supported and valued.
- Provide training and guidance to improve team performance and morale.
5. Market Expansion & Positioning:
- Explore opportunities to expand Red Apple Creation’s footprint in the corporate events market.
- Identify market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies to stay competitive.
- Develop strategies to position Red Apple Creation’s as a leading expert in innovative and high-quality corporate events.
6. Event Strategy & Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Event Operations and Creative Teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and brand visibility.
- Provide insights and suggestions for event concepts, theming, and value-adding services for clients.
7. Financial & Performance Management:
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and financial goals for the business development department.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance against KPIs and revenue targets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies for profitability.
8. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and contract agreements.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.
- Prepare post-event feedback reports to assess client satisfaction and areas for improvement.
