Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily operations across warehouse, supply, and restaurant outlets.
- Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory tracking, and liaise with the procurement team.Support documentation and reporting related to deliveries, stock movement, and supplier coordination.
- Assist in scheduling, order processing, and inter-branch communication.
- Liaise with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Support operations team during events, new outlet setups, or stock audits.
- Maintain proper filing and data entry for operations-related documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent; background in business, logistics, or hospitality is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in operations, admin, logistics, or a related role.
- Good organization and coordination skills; detail-oriented and responsible.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Computer-literate (Microsoft Excel, Word; knowledge of inventory systems is a plus).
- Willing to work on-site and support urgent tasks as needed.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
