Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties:
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions
- Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts
- Perform bookkeeping and data entry using accounting software
- Assist with monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and preparation of financial reports
- Support in maintaining full set of accounts under supervision
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and suppliers for documentation and queries
Administrative Duties:
- Manage general office admin tasks such as filing, recordkeeping, and documentation
- Answer and handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Ensure all documents are well-organized and up to date
- Provide support in day-to-day office operations and coordination tasks
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of experience will have an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with basic accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, AutoCount)
- Strong attention to detail, responsible, and well-organized
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Willing to learn and grow in a supportive team environment
