Job Summary:
We are seeking for skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician (Handyman) to join
our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in a wide range of repair and
maintenance tasks and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in outlets and premises.
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work.
- Inspect properties to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
- Assemble and repair appliances and furnitures.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas.
- Respond promptly to requests for maintenance and repairs.
- Keep records of work completed and report any major issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work.
- Ability to handle tools and equipment effectively and safely.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate in basic English.
