We are looking for a male Logistics Assistant cum Safety Admin to support our logistics operations while ensuring all safety requirements are followed on-site. This role plays an important part in helping the logistics team comply with workplace safety standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Safety Compliance:
-Assist in daily logistics activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
-Ensure all logistics processes are carried out in line with company safety standards
-Conduct safety checks in logistics areas (e.g., warehouse, loading bay, forklifts, PPE usage)
-Monitor and ensure proper handling, stacking, and storage of materials
-Work closely with the safety team to identify and reduce hazards in logistics operations
Administrative Support:
-Maintain safety and logistics documentation (e.g., delivery records, safety inspection checklists, PPE issuance logs)
-Assist in preparing reports related to safety compliance in the logistics department
-Support audits, safety drills, and toolbox meetings when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
